Peter Finger has been conducting and leading photo workshops and tours since 1985.
We work closely with each and every participant (and limit our workshops to no more than 8-12 class size) in order to insure appropriate instruction based on skill level, interests, and equipment expertise. We rise early in order to capture the most exciting light of the day and allow plenty of "free time" to allow personal instruction or exploration on your own.
We place you in the most exciting locations, during the best light of the morning and evening in order to make sure your ready for the best possible opportunities for exciting photographs. We teach you new visualizing techniques and give you creative assignments, always with your instructor at the ready to lend a helping hand.
Our workshops offers the perfect mix of field instruction, lectures, slide presentations and instructional critique sessions. The workshops tend to be very flexible and a lot of FUN! Our small groups quickly begin to work together as a family, with everyone learning from one another.
The Image Experience workshops are geared for the photographer who loves to shoot landscapes, scenics, wildlife, and travel photography. Participants are encouraged to bring examples of their work for review and critiques.
Each workshop offers dozens of locations to shoot and explore. Car pooling is the most popular method of getting around and each participant has the option of providing their own lodging.
Our workshops are designed to assist all levels of photographers from beginner through advanced. We provide personalized instruction, provide plenty of open time for individual exploration of an area, and we have fun at every stage of the workshop.
Please join us this year as we explore some of our favorite locations. If you have any additional questions about the workshops, please call at:
