New Imaging Equipment:
This past Winter 2005, my office/studio added some important new hardware and software to my imaging center. A new Epson Stylus 2200, my new archival printer was added to my collection of Epson Printers ( I already have a Epson 2000P, The Epson 1520, Epson 900 and Epson 3000.
I upgraded both our main imaging software. I am now are using Photoshop 7 and Photoshop CS.
A new image database software package called ImageAXS Pro will allow me better image management for my extensive and growing stock library.
I also purchased Adobe's great new web design product, GoLive 6.0. My new web site (this one your viewing) was designed with this software.
A new Mac G5 is now in as is the much talked about new high end digital camera from Nikon the D1 and the newest D1X.
New Projects:
My Finger Lakes book was published by Berkshire House Publishers.
I joined the stock/assignment agency Silver Image in Florida. I will be providing them with stock images and when in Florida be available for assignment work.
Speaking of Florida, I continue to work out of my Florida bases in Boynton Beach and now Orlando. From these locations I can cover the state in many directions. Ihave several more Fall Trips planned in both 2005.
My new Florida based clients include Admiral Farragut Academy, Florida College, University of North Florida, Saint Leo, Florida Institute of Technology, Nova Southeastern University, University School, and New World School for The Arts.
Looking for Galleries: This Spring/Summer 2005, I will be actively looking for art galleries to represent and show my new paintings, drawings and giclee prints. If you are a gallery owner and would like to see original work ( the web can only offer a small taste of the real thing), please contact my office ASAP.
The photography I produce for my clients or for my own art is quite varied! It runs the range from very elaborate set-ups for architecture to catching the pre-dawn sunrise, sometimes all in the same day. I love shooting color, black and white and more more digital requests are becoming more common.
I manipulate the work, I paint over the work, I experiment with infared, hand-colored images, transfers and giclee printing. Whatever your needs, whatever the project, be it outdoors or inside, I am experienced and ready to handle any size project.
Enjoy the variety of photography portfolios and check back often as I change images on a quarterly basis to keep my site fresh and alive with my newest projects.
